Initial situation

In the course of digitalization, Bonn University Hospital was faced with the challenge,
to create an intelligent and integrated management tool for holistic workforce planning. The aim was to make the best possible use of existing resources in the best possible way and to closely link long-term staffing development. Those responsible also wanted to use gap analyses for requirements planning and for new talent scouting – and to meet and control all legal requirements more easily.
